A fire that broke out in a building near the Mall of Emirates in Dubai on Sunday night was successfully extinguished, with no injuries or fatalities reported.
Firefighting teams and ambulances arrived at the scene within three minutes, in line with standard operating procedures.
According to police officials, the fire was contained to 10-12 flats in the building. "The fire has been put out, and there were no injuries or fatalities," they confirmed.
Earlier in the day, a fire also erupted on a boat at Dubai Marina. The blaze was brought under control within an hour, and the cooling phase began at 12:24 pm. No casualties were reported, and the Civil Defence has not yet disclosed the cause of the fire.
