Kourtney Kardashian makes major shift in diet after eight years
Kourtney Kardashian admits not having meat for six to seven months
Kourtney Kardashian has been following a particular diet for straight eight years.
It now looks like that the model has decided to ditch the daily regime and treat herself with an unusual edible amid the holiday season.
Keeping up with the Kardashians star cut out diary products and gluten a long time back while admitting that the change has had a positive change in her and children’s lives.
The American media personality once stated: "I have noticed a great positive change in behavior with my children when we stick to a gluten-free and dairy-free diet.”
“We had muscle testing done which showed we all have sensitivities to corn, gluten and dairy."
Earlier today, Kourtney posted a picture on her Instagram which showcased two cups; one filled with coffee, whereas the other one seemed to be a vanilla shake with whipped cream.
This dropped a hint of her major diet change which included dairy products which she ditched a long time ago.
Earlier this year, the 45-year-old socialite mentioned on her lifestyle website Poosh that she is ‘95% vegan’ and haven’t had meat for six to seven months.
