Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good reveal engagement news at the 2024 Ebony Power 100 event
Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good have recently confirmed they are engaged in best possible way at the 2024 Ebony Power 100 event at Nya Studios on November 17.
In the photos shared via Daily Mail, Jonathan was all smiles as he posed alongside Meagan who showed off her engagement ring on a red carpet.
The couple looked stunning with Jonathan in a gray suit and Megan in a gold, glittering strapless gown.
Speaking to E! News, Meagan and Jonathan revealed why they chose to share this happy news at the gala.
“EBONY Power 100 is the event that we met at in the bathrooms, in the unisex bathroom,” revealed the Harlem actress.
For the unversed, Jonathan and Meagan sparked romance speculations in May 2023.
Two months later, the former Marvel actor faced legal issues after an arrest for assaulting his ex-girlfriend. He was then sentenced to attend a 52-week domestic violence intervention program.
Despite his disturbing past, Jonathan and Meagan appeared positive for the future and excited on the red carpet.
Earlier in March, Meagan addressed her romance with Jonathan in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE.
“I'm in love, I'm transitioning, I'm healing, I'm growing [and] I'm getting excited about what's next,” she said.
Meagan added, “Yeah, just a lot of things at once. But what I can say is, I'm the happiest I've been in a long time.”
