LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain and former president Asif Ali Zardari had a telephonic conversation on Saturday.
According to a statement issued by the MQM, Asif Ali Zardari assured Altaf Hussain if any agreement is reached between both the parties in future, it would be implemented with complete sincerity.
It said that there was also a progress in the talks on the upcoming Senate election about which both the parties would start detailed discussions soon.
The statement noted that both the leaders discussed about bitterness and misunderstandings of the past between both the parties.
Zardari said Urdu speaking people have the same rights in Sindh as the Sindhi speaking,said the statement.
