RAWALPINDI: At least 19 people including children sustained injuries late on Monday when a fun-ride installed at the Urs (death anniversary) of Baba Masoom Shah in Kallar Syedan fell down.
Rescue sources said at least three critically injured have been shifted to a hospital in Rawalpindi.
The shrine is located very close to Rawalpindi Railway Station. It has been around for many years now. Due to a lack of space inside the shrine, those who visit the mausoleum sometimes have to stand outside on the main road while offering fateha.
