Selena Gomez has recently expressed her excitement as she invited her fans to attend Mental Fitness Summit on October 10 on occasion of World Mental Health Day.
In an Instagram video posted by Wondermind, the Only Murders in the Building was happy to announced the company’s first-ever Mental Fitness Summit, which will be “free” and “virtual”.
“You will get tons of information and hopefully it will inspire you,” said the singer in a clip.
The Emilia Perez star continued, “And I hope we all continue to grow and work on our mental health and our boundaries.”
In the end, Selena “wished” all of her followers and fans “to come and have fun with us”.
Wondermind, which is a brainchild of Selena Gomez and her mother Mandy Teefey, was launched three years ago to provide “inclusive space where people could come together to explore, discuss, and navigate their feelings,” per company’s website.
Captioning the post, it read, “Come work on your mental fitness alongside our co-founder @selenagomez!”
“Join us October 10th for our first-ever Mental Fitness Summit: A full day of virtual (and free!) programming for anyone feeling stressed, sad, anxious, lonely, or just really in need of a break,” said the caption.
It added, “Comment RSVP to explore the sessions and save your spot. We can't wait to see you there!”
