Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is speaking out against his arrest, considering himself as a victim of a ‘racially motivated prosecution.’
The 54-year-old rapper was previously sentenced to jail in New York on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and was also held accountable for facilitating prostitution-related transportation.
The Bad Boy Records founder claimed that he’s innocent and has no intentions of taking a plea bargain in the case.
Meanwhile, his attorney Mr. Agnifilo revealed that Combs plans to “fight this case not just for himself, but for others in a similar position”.
The attorney revealed that the rapper is now willing to speak out about his past incident with ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, an incident that was documented in 2016 hotel security footage.
He said, “(Combs) has his story and he has a story that I think only he can tell in the way he can tell it in real-time.
“And it’s a human story. It’s a story of love. It’s a story of hurt. It’s a story of heartbreak.”
For the unversed, Combs has been under strict observation after he was denied bail.
