QUETTA: Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri has said that our enemies were involved in hatching conspiracies and committing anti peace acts in Balochistan in order to foil mega project of China Pak Economic Corridor (CPEC) adding that however they would not be allowed to implement their nefarious designs on our land.
He was addressing a meeting of divisional commissioners which held to review law and order situation across Balochistan.
The meeting was also attended by Home Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, Chief Secretary Saifullah Chattah, IG Police Ahsan Mehboob, Home Secretary Dr. Akbar Harifal and officials of intelligence agencies.
The Chief Minister said our enemies are not tolerating CPEC therefore they have been hatching conspiracies and committing anti peace acts to damage peace in Balochistan adding the government and security forces however would not allow them to implement their nefarious designs on our land.
He said that law & order situation has been improved during last five months due to the remarkable joint efforts put by the government and security forces.
He said that although some culprits were trying to damage peace but they would be dealt with iron hands.
Expressing his concern over the kidnapping of Asad Tareen the son of Minister for Local Government the Chief Minister said that it was a test case for the government and he wanted safe recovery of the abductee within a week.
“It is responsibility of all law enforcement agencies to ensure safe and early recovery of Asad Tareen,” he added.
