The celebrity couple purchased the property for $14.7 million in 2020. Situated on 1.6 acres in the Benedict Canyon area of Los Angeles, the estate boasts a seven-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom mansion surrounded by lush landscaping.
The farmhouse-style residence includes notable features such as French doors, fireplaces, and high beamed ceilings in both the main house and guesthouse.
The master bedroom occupies a substantial portion of the home, comprising two closets, two bathrooms, a sitting area, a dressing room, and a fireplace.
Both have placed their Beverly Hills estate on the market, complete with lavish amenities such as a home theater and a swimming pool featuring a waterfall.
The gated property offers stunning views, hillside gardens with walking paths, expansive lawns, and shaded patios.
In addition to their Beverly Hills property, the celebrity couple owns a sizable mansion in Montecito, featuring six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms across nearly 11,000 square feet, which they acquired in 2022 for $12.8 million.
They also possess a $9.5 million condominium in New York City. Diaz retains ownership of her residence above the Sunset Strip in the Hollywood Hills.
