The Umbrella Academy will be finally getting their botched timeline fixed as Netflix releases the trailer for its fourth and final season.
The video clip opens to the remix of The Final Countdown as the Hargreeves siblings join forces after losing their powers in Season 3 finale.
Now, without their powers, the siblings are to “fend for themselves and find a new normal with wildly varying degrees of success.”
According to the show’s description, “The trappings of their uncanny new world prove too hard to ignore for very long. Their father Reginald, alive and well, has stepped out of the shadows and into the public eye, overseeing a powerful and nefarious business empire.”
At the same time, “a mysterious association known as The Keepers holds clandestine meetings believing the reality they’re living in is a lie and a great reckoning is coming.”
Season 4 returning cast includes Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, Justin H. Min, Ritu Arya, Colm Feore, Nick Offerman, Megan Mullally, David Cross
The time-travel drama will be releasing on Netflix on August 8th, 2024.
