Zayn Malik made his first TV appearance in eight years on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
On Tuesday, May 21, the former One Direction star captivated the audience with an intimate live rendition of Alienated, the second track from his latest solo album, Room Under The Stairs.
Surrounded by his band members, the Dusk Till Dawn hitmaker delivered a stunning performance at the Tonight Show Studio.
Fans, known as Zquad, flooded the comments section under the YouTube video to express their admiration.
One user wrote, "Zayn is one of those rare musicians who sound even better live. Amazing."
Another fan commented, "This live performance made me 10 times more emotional listening to this song."
A third fan praised his vocal talent, "The growth in Zayn’s music and his voice is unreal. His live versions sound better than studio. He wrote, produced, and composed the songs himself—now this is what we call talent. So happy to see him like that and looking forward to everything he will be doing in the future."
Additionally, in March, the Dusk Till Dawn hitmaker made a surprise appearance on Jimmy Fallon’s show, interrupting the host during his monologue to announce his fourth studio album without saying a word.
