Alex Fine, Cassie’s husband, shares message amid Diddy hotel video surfacing
Cassie’s present husband Alex Fine calls out ‘men who beat women’ for not being ‘men’
Alex Fine, Cassie - who once dated Diddy - her present husband has a strong verdict against “men who beat women”.
Fine broke silence over a video of Sean “Diddy” Combs which showed the disgraced rapper physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend.
“I want my kids and every kid to live in a world that’s safe for women and girls, protects them and treats them as equals,” Fine, 31, wrote on his Instagram account alongside a message for “women and children” on Friday, May 17.
“To the women and children, you’re not alone, and you are heard. if you need help call the domestic violence hotline at (800) 799-7233.”
The model shared a “letter to women and children” that he wrote “awhile back, but the words ring true not just today but everyday.”
“Men who hit women aren’t men. Men who enable it and protect these people aren’t men,” the letter in the post stated.
“As men, violence against women shouldn’t be inevitable, check your brothers, your friends and your family. Our daughters, sisters, mothers and wives should feel protected and loved. Hold the women in your life with the upmost regard. Men who hurt women hate women.”
Fine and Cassie, 37, married in 2019 and are parents to daughters Frankie, 4, and Sunny, 3.
Cassie spent 11 years dating the 54-year-old Diddy on and off before she wed Fine. She filed a case in November 2023 alleging abuse and sexual assault by her ex-boyfriend. Ben Brafman, Diddy's attorney, stated at the time that the filing did not prove Diddy as guilty.
