Imran Farooq murder: ATC rejects bail plea of Moazzam Ali

ISLAMABAD: An anti-terrorism court of Islamabad on Monday turned down the bail plea of Moazzam Ali Khan, the accused in Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Imran Farooq murder case.
Following the dismissal of his bail from ATC, Moazzam Ali Khan moved to Islamabad High Court.

Dr Imran Farooq was murdered in stab and brick attack near his residence in London on September 16, 2010.
Mohsin Ali Syed, Khalid Shamim and Moazzam Ali are accused in the case.
According to the challan, Mohsin Ali Syed is the key culprit while, Khalid Shamim and Moazzam Ali are his facilitators.
