ISLAMABAD: The opposition parties have jointly prepared the Terms of References (TORs) and released them to media here on Tuesday.
Speaking on the behalf of the opposition parties, Ch Ahtizaz Ahsan briefed to the media in a press meeting along with PPP, PTI and JI leaders.
According to the joint TORs, all persons involved in the Panama Leaks will be accountable to the judicial commission but it would begin from the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family.
However, opposition parties remained divided on demanding the resignation from the prime minster but they all agreed that the enquiry should be initiated from the prime minster and his family.
The main parties participated in the process were Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Jamaat Islami (JI) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).
