KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) judge, Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto has refused to hear appeal of convicts in US journalist Daniel Pearl murder case.
Justice Naimatullah has forwarded the matter to Chief Justice SHC for constituting new bench to hear the appeal, filed by the convicts including Ahmed Omar Shaikh.
The anti-terrorism court had awarded life sentence to Ahmed Omar Shaikh, Fahad Naseem and others in Daniel Pearl kidnapping and murder case.
