Namaz-e-Janaza for Martyred police officials offered in Karachi
The namaz-e-janaza was offered at SSU Headquarters District West and it was attended by a large number of people including Chief Minister Sindh, Provincial Home Minister, Corps Commander Karachi, DG Rangers, IG Sindh and other important personalities.
KARACHI: The seven martyred policemen were buried after their namaz-e-janaza was offered here on Wednesday.
The police personnel were martyred in two separate firing incidents in Karachi when unidentified armed men targeted their mobiles in Orangi Town and Disco Mor on Wednesday.
The namaz-e-janaza was offered at SSU Headquarters District West and it was attended by a large number of people including Chief Minister Sindh, Provincial Home Minister, Corps Commander Karachi, DG Rangers, IG Sindh and other important personalities.
Talking with media after the burial, Home Minister Sindh Sohail Anwar Siyal said that the militants cannot discourage the nation’s morale and the anti-polio campaign would continue in the province.
Meanwhile, IG Sindh Police A.D Khawaja told that the militants involved in the firing incidents belong to a banned organisation and they would soon be arrested.
