SHEIKHUPURA: At least six people of a family including women and children were stabbed to death in Sohal Kalan an area in Sheikhupura.
Unidentified armed men stormed into the house located in Sohal Kalan area on Wednesday morning and stabbed to death six persons and fled the scene after throwing the bodies in nearby field.
A passerby spotted bodies and informed police. The police reached the area and shifted the bodies to local hospital for medico legal formalities.
The deceased persons include two brothers, their wives and two children, however, victims identity could not be ascertained till immediately.
The cause behind the killing incident could not be ascertained. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
