Nisar asks Islamabad administration to settle issues with PTI over F-9 Park rally
ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Saturday granted conditional permission to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for holding a rally in F-9 Park on its foundation day on April 24 after Islamabad Administration had refused to do so.
According to details, Chaudhry Nisar has directed Islamabad administration to discus all the maters regarding rally with the PTI and settle down the issues.
Nisar further advised the capital administration not to create any hurdle in rally, saying that the party should ensure peaceful dispersion of participants.
He said that the PTI will be responsible for any misconduct.
Earlier, on Friday Islamabad administration had refused to give PTI permission for rally at F-9 Park.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) had informed PTI in writing over refusal for rally, saying that security, free movement of public will be affected.
It added that section-144 has already been imposed in Islamabad under which rallies, public meeting are banned.
