SARGODHA: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Monday claimed to have arrested three women suicide bombers from Khushab Road in Sargodha.
On tip-off, the CTD team raided a hideout and a firing took place. After a brief exchange of fire, three women suicide bombers were arrested while their two men accomplices fled the scene.
The identity of the women suicide bombers was not disclosed.
The CTD officials also seized three hand grenades, four suicide jackets, and a huge quantity of bullets.
The women suicide bombers were shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
