Six militants killed in Tirah shelling

BARA: At least six suspected militants were killed and 10 others sustained injuries when Pakistan Air Force (PAF) jetfighters pounded hideouts in Tirah valley of the Khyber Agency, official sources said on Wednesday.
They said the jetfighters targetted the hideouts of the banned militant organisations, Lashkar-e-Islam (LI) and Tehrik-e-Taliban (TTP), in Sandapal, Dars Jumaat and other areas in Tirah valley. They said at least six suspected militants were killed and 10 others wounded in the airstrikes. Also, they said several hideouts of the militants were destroyed in the airstrikes.
