Country put on red alert

ISLAMABAD: The whole country was put on red alert and educational institutions of security forces were closed down on Friday following the initiation of process of hanging terrorists and December 18 radio intercepts of top Taliban terrorist leaders revealing dispatch of around two dozen suicide attackers. Big cities of the Punjab are said to be the target of terrorists.
Security forces have been directed to beef up security as a backlash of sending many top terrorists to gallows is expected. After different intelligence information and interception of one Mufti Malgari’s call to another terrorist leader, security was put on the highest alert in all the major cities of the country, especially in Punjab.
The decoding of the intercept suggested that different suicide bombers have been assigned to carry out terrorist activities. Security arrangements have been made and general precautions taken.
