Student refuses to receive degree from KP governor

PESHAWAR: A student refused to receive degree from Governor KP Sardar Mehtab Abbasi and went off the stage chanting slogan “Go Nawaz Go.”According to reports, the embarrassing situation was observed during convocation when a student of Peshawar University Sanam Asfandyar refused to receive his degree from Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sardar Mehtab Ahmed Abbasi and left the stage empty handed while chanting the slogan ‘ go Nawaz go’.The convocation was arranged by Peshawar University to distribute degrees among students while Governor KP was invited as Chief Guest.
