Justice Sardar Raza to head missing persons panel
ISLAMABAD: Justice (R) Sardar Muhammad Raza Khan has been appointed as Chairman Missing Persons Commission.According to sources in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Justice (R) Sardar Muhammad Raza, who retired as a senior judge of the Supreme Court, has been appointed as Chairman Missing Persons Commission for a period of three years.The post had fallen vacant after Justice (R) Javed Iqbal completed his three-year tenure. Justice Raza, who belongs to Abbottabad, also remained Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court.According to the sources, he will be entitled to perks and privileges being availed of by a Supreme Court judge.
