US drone strike kills four in NWA

MIRANSHAH: Four persons were killed in a US drone attack on a house in Mubarikshi village on Miranshah-Bannu Road in North Waziristan early Thursday, official sources said. The locals, however, said only one person was killed while his six daughters sustained injuries in the strike. They said the drone fired three missiles and targeted a mud-built house. The tribesmen said one of the missiles didn’t explode.
