KARACHI: Supporting the call to create new provinces and claiming they were necessary to save the country, Baba Haider Zaman of the Hazara Province Movement however seemed miffed at Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani’s repeated calls for a Seraiki province and sarcastically remarked that it seemed that the Seraiki province was the only thing close to the PMís heart.
Addressing a public rally near the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam and held with the backing of the MQM, Baba Haider said the premier’s statement about the creation of a Seraiki province were based on his own interests.
