Justice Rashid Aziz laid to rest

FORMER Lahore High Court Chief Justice Rashid Aziz, who breathed his last on Saturday night, was laid to rest in a local graveyard.
Justice Abid Aziz Sheikh and Justice Shahid Jameel laid floral wreath at the grave of the late chief justice on behalf of the Lahore High Court.
His Namaz-e-Janaza was attended by chief justice as well as other judges of Lahore High Court, former Chief Justice of Pakistan Tassaduq Hussain Jilani, former chief justices of Lahore High Court, Justice (R) Falak Sher, Justice (R) Khalilur Rehman Khan, Justice (R) Mian Allah Nawaz, Justice (R) Syed Zahid Hussain, Justice (R) Khwaja Muhammad Sharif, former justices Khalilur Rehman Ramday, Justice (R) Mian Najam-uz-Zaman, Justice (R) Sarder Muhammad Dogar, Justice (R) Sharif Hussain Bokhari, Justice (R) Raja Muhammad Sabir, Justice (R) Rao Iqbal Ahmad Khan, Justice (R) Ghulam Sarwar Shaikh, Justice (R) Ihsanul Haq Chaudhry, Justice (R) Ghulam Mahmood Qureshi, Justice (R) Syed Asghar Hidar, Justice (R) M Akhtar Shabbir, Justice (R) BA Mujahid, Justice (R) Munir Ahmad Mughal, Justice (R) Sh Abdul Rashid, Justice (R) Rustam Ali Malik, Justice (R) Abdul Hafeez Cheema, Shahid Saeed and senior lawyers, officers and staff of the Lahore High Court, judicial officers besides relatives of the deceased.
