BNN team amuses audience, viewers through parody

ISLAMABAD: The interest of people in the live especial transmission of Geo TV’s Amaan Ramazan continues despite the passage of half of Ramazan. Its main reason is the interesting and specific style of comparing of its host Dr Aamir Liaquat who invites such guests who are quite popular among the masses.
In the series of this transmission the members of Geo’s familiar comedy programme Banana News Net (BNN) Mustafa Chaudhry, Murtaza Chaudhry and Waheed Khan participated in the Amaan Ramazan and entertained the audience and viewer through their mild discussion. They amused the audience and viewers by making the parody of former Interior Minster Rehman Malik and other prominent personalities.
The audience and viewers asked questions about their life and artistic career, which they give interesting answers in light mood. They supported Dr Aamir Liaquat in hosting different programmes which include ‘Charind Parind,’ Zair Zabar Paish and Qurani Loh.
The team of the BNN paid rich tributes to the religious and social services of Dr Aamir Liaquat and said that everything would be finished but only good deeds remained which he was performing. On this occasion member of BNN team Waheed Khan recited a Naat during the programme.
The heartrendering scenes were witnessed in Rah-e-Naiki, the other popular programme of Amaan Ramazan, when the father of a 25-year old Arshad, who was suffering from intestine disease, made passionate appeal for the treatment of his son and made the audience sad and gloomy. On this occasion the donations were presented for him audience and viewers watching the programme in and outside the country.
Dr Aamir enlightened the hope of the parents of Arshad by announcing that he himself on the behalf of Sultana Foundation would bear all expenses of the operation of him. While aid was also offered to a wielding worker who paralysed accidentally by MSF. He was also given ration.
The renowned religious scholars Mufti Usman Yar Khan, Maulana Khalilur Rehman Chishti and Maulana Syed Muhammad Ali Zaidi Al-Hussaini participated in another prominent Geo’s programme ‘Aalam and Aalim’ presented during Sehr and Iftar and gave answers to the question of audience and viewers in the light of Quran and Sunnah.
The audience and viewers won the several precious prizes of million of rupees including motorcycles.
