Man kills daughter for ‘honour’

NANKANA SAHIB: A man killed his daughter for ‘honour’ at Mohallah Cha Jeedhan Bucheki on Tuesday.
Accused Sadiq Ali had doubted on the character of his daughter Lubna. On the day of the incident, the accused allegedly strangled her and fled.
VALUABLES GUTTED: Valuables were gutted when fire broke out in a house at Shah Kot on Tuesday.
The fire broke out due to short circuit in the house of Sarfraz Ahmed. As a result, valuables worth Rs 400,000 reduced to ashes.
