Body of cab driver found

PAKPATTAN: A dead body of a taxi driver was found from fields near Chak Singhpura on Monday.
Muhammad Ashraf of Chak 53-SP went to Arifwala but did not return. Later, his body was found from fields while the cab was missing. Sources said that some unidentified accused had killed him after snatching his cab. Kalyana police have registered a case.
BIKE STOLEN: A theft incident was reported here on Monday.
Shujaat Ali of Chak Hakim Singh parked his bike outside his home. When he returned, he found it missing. Police have registered a case.
MEETING: A meeting of different organisations was held to review development of the city.
During the meeting, participants announced to make Civil Society Alliance and elected Mian Zulfiqar Ali and Mohsin Raza as the president and general secretary respectively.
