Pakistan Post extends Rs19.93m
Islamabad: Pakistan Post has extended Rs19,930,000 immediate relief to its flood affected employees in the country under the head of house building advances.
“We have extended Rs19,930,000 relief under the head of House building advance to employees of Postal Services in different flood hit areas of Balochistan, Punjab, Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan and Directorate General employees”, State Minister for Postal Service Abdul Raziq Khan Afridi told APP here today.
He said that in a bid to help out those who are facing catastrophic situation across the country in the wake of recent floods, ministry has financed in advance housing fund of Rs350,000 to seven employees of Pakistan postal service in Balochistan, Rs9,430,000 to 210 employees in Punjab, Rs8,850,000 to 224 employees in Khyber Pukhtunkhawa, Rs800,000 to 16 employees in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan and Rs500,000 to 10 employees of Directorate General Islamabad.
