BrigadierZubair Ahmed, the administrator of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA), on Mondayvisited the DHA City Karachi (DCK) project to reviewprogress of ongoing projects.
Astatement issuedsaid that Brig Ahmed chaired a meeting to discussprogressonongoing and planned strategic projects and appropriate decisions were taken in this regard.
The administrator directed the DCK management to expedite the finalisation of contracts for early initiation of projects so as to enhance the stature and efficacy of DCK. Later, he drove through the project site where he looked over the infrastructure sector development works.
He also visited the DCK Visitor Centre, where a state-of-the-art projection system has recentlybeen installed. He appreciated the technical and professional efficiency and expertise of the staff and commended thezeal and commitment with which they were working.
