A full court reference on the appointment of Justice Sajjad Ali Shah as chief justice of the SindhHigh Court would be held onMonday (today).
The reference will be held at 11am in the court room of the SHC CJ, as pera statement issuedon Sunday.
Justice Sajjad Ali Shah, was administered the oath of chief justice of the SHC by GovernorDr Ishratul Ebad on December 15 last year.
