A total of 78 people, said to be attempting to illegallycross over into Iran, were arrested by the Pakistan Coast Guards on Tuesday. The group, which included19 Afghan nationals, four Iraniansand 55 Pakistanis, was intercepted by PCG teamsnear theShahjahan check post along the Coastal Highway, near Gwadar. There were similar arrests all through the past year as well and PCG officials said the arrestedpeople were trying to cross over into Iran without valid documents.
