Apca rally for CM

BAHAWALPUR: Apca activists on Thursday took out a rally to thank Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif for upgrading the pay scales of clerks and other employees. The rally was led by Apca Punjab general secretary Fakharur Rehman Azhar.
