ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday restored Anti-terrorism Act clauses in the Osama Satti murder case and turned down a decision of an anti-terrorism court.
A division bench comprising Justice Mohsin Akhter Kayani and Justice Baber Sattar announced the verdict on a petition challenging the decision of the ATC.
