MANSEHRA: The Abbottabad-circuit bench of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered the release of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam Fazl (JUI-F)
leader Mufti Kifayatullah in the high treason case on Friday.
“The Abbottabad-circuit beach has ordered the release of JUI-F leader
Mufti Kifayatullah and we expect his release within a couple of days on completion of the legal formalities,” Mohammad Bilal Khan, the counsel for Mufti Kifayatullah, told reporters here.
