Patrolling police authorised to challan drivers

BHAKKAR: The Punjab government has authorised the patrolling police to challan drivers who violate traffic laws.
The drivers were upset over this development and were of the view that this power to the patrolling police would result in troubles in smooth flowing of traffic.
They called for taking back the directive.
