TOBA TEK SINGH: Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif visited the residence of late PML-N MPA Pir Ali Raza at Nasir Nagar near Pirmahal on Wednesday.
The chief minister offered fateha for the late with his son ex-MPA Syed Husnain Shah. He praised the late MPA and said he would be remembered for the efforts he made for the uplift of Pirmahal.
Earlier, the CM reached by plane from Lahore at Shorkot Rafiqui Airbase and then reached Pirmahal by a helicopter. After condolence, he left for Sahiwal. The CM was scheduled to visit Toba Tek Singh for distribution of Kisan Package cheques among farmers, but it was cancelled due to weather.
