LAHORE: A traffic warden caught two cell phone snatchers and handed them over to Ichhra police on Tuesday. The arrested were identified as Awais and Ali Raza. Warden Adnan caught the two when they were on their way after snatching a cell phone from a woman at Ichhra Bus Stop.
