Eradication of corruption

The moral values, professional ethics and sincere nationalism are the qualities that define the stature of any country as a welfare state. No country in the world can prosper if people serving in various fields are not performing their duties honestly and to the best of their abilities. Professionalism in state machinery demands a sincere devotion on the part of officials to serve the people of country and they should conduct their duties irrespective of any private concern or undue influence. Their professionalism guarantees the productive, beneficial and operative status of the state machinery. Moreover, it cements the faith of general public in the working of state machinery. This faith on the sincere and devoted service to the masses paves the way for prosperity of the country while uplifting its status as welfare state.
Currently our civil and military leadership is commanding successfully a comprehensively multifaceted operation in the country. Operation Zarb-e-Azb is not only a death warrant for terrorists but is also a ruthless scathe for all the corrupt elements. The ongoing operation against miscreants especially in Sindh is now gradually moving towards other parts of the country. The operation is aimed at curbing the menace of corruption, misappropriation and misuse of authority by the officials.
Number of mega corruption scandals have surfaced all over the country. The joint teams of FIA, NAB and Rangers are successfully foiling the "evil nexus" among all the debilitating forces. National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is independently working to cleanse the system of all corrupt mafias. Supreme Court is also having the pulse of the NAB performance. NAB has submitted in Supreme court a list of almost 150 mega corruption cases which if pursued quickly will set an example and pave the way towards financial stability in our country.
Government has been unequivocal about its support for across the board action against corruption. NAB and all other law and enforcement agencies are working without any undue influence. Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) along with Rangers is conducting operation targeting all the fraudulent elements. They have jointly carried out number of raids in Karachi in an effort to expose mammoth extortionism and land mafias. Federal government has given command of operation to the provincial government so that to end any doubts of political victimisation. The one and only aim of this operation is to break and eliminate the evil nexus facilitating terrorism financially or logistically.
The huge illegal sum of money grabbed through corruption allegedly has its link in supporting banned terrorists organisations and their actions. Terrorist activities demand a heavy sum of money to sponsor without which it cannot be executed at will. Thus the financial facilitation to terrorists need to be curbed at the earliest. Karachi operation focused on extortionists, "Land mafias, corrupt elements and terrorists is rendering positive results. The same wholesome approach of operation against corrupt elements should be replicated in all parts of country.
Government is rightly eliminating the hazardous root causes so to make this entire system beneficially operative and productive to serve the masses. Once purged of all impurities and sick elements, the civic system and state machinery performs at its best and guarantees good governance after masses.
On the road to progress, government is on its way on implementing set of mega projects which hold promising prospects for economy.
China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is definitely a star project that is rightly termed as game changer for the economic plight of the region. The route of CPEC will pass through all four provinces which will provide an opportunity of vital economic activity. CPEC accompanies number of developmental projects especially in the energy sector. CPEC allied projects will generate economic activity in the region and employment opportunities for the locals. This holds the prospects of entirely changing the economic plight of our country while giving it strong investment base and stable financial support. Government is also working on other mega projects in various fields that include energy sector, education, industry, roads links etc.
Peace, financial stability, strong civic system, people oriented governance and rule of law through policies and actions of visionary civil and military leadership will make Pakistan prosper manifold INSHALLAH!
