One important attribute of a good leader is to be a good listener. Imran Khan has alienated a large number of his supporters by not giving them a chance to explain their points of view.
The result: forward blocs and factionalism in the PTI and its alliances. The firing of three Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ministers without listening to their side of the story is a recent example of subpar listening skills.
