Pledge made to resolve Abbottabad’s basic issues

PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Mahmood Khan has assured that steps will be taken to resolve the basic issues faced by the people of Abbottabad district, adding completion of development projects will be made possible.

He expressed these views during a meeting with Provincial Assembly Speaker Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani and Member National Assembly Ali Khan Jadoon at the Chief Minister’s House, Peshawar.

Adviser to CM on Industries Abdul Karim was also present on the occasion, said an official handout. He said solid steps would be taken to ensure the delivery of all facilities and basic services in Abbottabad.

The chief minister said basic facilities and staff in hospitals, schools and other institutions would be ensured. He said the provincial government is trying to utilize all the resources available to make Khyber Pakhtunkhwa a model province.

The chief minister stated several reforms have been introduced in the institutions of the province which would improve the performance and service delivery to the public. He said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf is fulfilling the promises made to the people. Mahmood Khan said the development and prosperity of Abbottabad is the priority of the provincial government for which practical steps are being taken.
