Rawalpindi : Daira, in collaboration with other literary and cultural organisations will arrange a literary reference for senior journalist, Syed Shams Rizvi tomorrow (Tuesday) at 2:30 p.m. at the Rawalpindi Arts Council, says a press release. Members of Parliament, intellectuals and journalists will pay tribute to the 58 year services of Syed Shams Rizvi in the field of journalism and literature.
