RAWALPINDI: Three people were killed when an over-speeding dumper crushed a car here at Rawat Police Lane gate number 2, near Radio Station, Rawalpindi on Tuesday. The three people were identified as Khalil Ahmed, 50, Muhammad Munir, 58 and Syed Dabeer Hussain, 58, who on the spot.
