The Pakistan People’s Party has appreciated the Sindh government’s decision of imposing ban on use of CNG or LPG cylinders in school vans.
In a joint statement on Saturday, In-charge PPP Media Cell Senator Saeed Ghani, Habibuddin Junaidi and others have said that children and students were future of Pakistan and it was the collective obligation of the entire society to protect children and students from any threat, danger or damage in any form and by any source.
“We should not compromise on measures for the safety, security and protection of our children and students and should support the government for the implementation of laws that would govern the measures for children s protection.”
They urged the Sindh transport and home ministers and the administration to ensure complete implementation on the decision taken in betterment of people.
Ministers call on Bilawal
Sindh Minister for Industries Muhammad Ali Malkani and Minister for Kutchi Abadis Javed Nagori separately called on Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari here on Saturday.
Malkani discussed party matters of Thatta district and apprised the PPP chairman of the performance of his department.
Similarly, Nagori briefed Bilawal about the performance of his department and discussed the party matters in regard to Lyari.
Bilawal advised the ministers to serve the common people “as the PPP had always serve the labourers, farmers and downtrodden people.
