LAHORE: The Punjab government Thursday issued a notification of promotion of 15 PMS officers to BS-18 and they have been allowed to continue work on their present place of posting, while transferred Superintendent District Jail Lahore.
Sadat Pervez Khan, Deputy Secretary Board of Revenue, Tariq Khan Niazi, Adl DC (revenue) Chiniot, Nawaz Gondal, Adl DC (revenue) Sahiwal, Zaheer Abbas Sherazi, Adl DC (revenue) Multan, Aslam Sahid, Deputy Secretary Energy, Atta-ul-haq, Adl DC (revenue) Muzaffargarh, Moeen Ahmad, Deputy Secretary (training) MPDD, Nadeem Abbas, Adl DC (revenue) Jhelum, Mushtaq Hussain, Adl DC (revenue) Vehari, Khalid Umar Qureshi, Adl DC (Gen) Lodhran, Munawar Hussain, Adl DC (Gen) Sialkot, Zafar Ali Malik, Secretary DRTA Bahawalpur, Rab Nawaz Khan Minhas, Adl DC (F&P) Jhelum,
Muhammad Arshad, Adl DC (revenue) Kasur, and Ghazanfar Al Awan, Adl Dc (Gen) Gujrat have been promoted to BS-18 and upon such promotion they have been allowed to continue serving at their present place of posting. Asghar Munir, Superintendent District Jail Lahore, has been transferred and directed to report the Inspectorate of Prisons, while Ghulam Sarwar, Deputy Superintendent District Jail Lahre, has been given additional charge of the post of Superintendent District Jail Lahore till further orders.
Experts visit GCU buildings: Members of a special team of experts constituted under the directions of the Supreme Court in the Orange Line Metro Train (OLMT-Project) case visited Govt College University Hostel, Lower Mall, Bradlaugh Hall and Iqbal Hostel inside Govt College University, Lahore, and found these historical buildings in pathetic conditions.
