FAISALABAD: A delegation of the District Bar Association on Thursday met Lahore High Court Chief Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik and told him about the importance of establishing a Lahore High Court bench in Faisalabad.
The delegation was led by DBA president Malik Muhammad Ayub Sialvi, general secretary Rana Kashif Sultan and vice-president Malik Waseer. The delegation demanded that all special courts should be provided offices in the district courts, besides providing a suitable place for construction of lawyers’ chambers.
The LHC chief justice constituted a committee under the supervision of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah to personally assess the genuine problems of the DBA members and submit a report to him for further action.
