TOBA TEK SINGH: PTI MNA Riaz Fatyana Wednesday called on newly elected independent MPA Bilal Asghar Warraich. Fatyana urged Bilal to join the PTI and the MPA said he would decide after consulting his family members and voters of his constituency.
