GHALLANAI: One person was injured when the car of a tribal elder was targetted with an improvised explosive device in Halimzai tehsil on Sunday, official sources said.
They said the terrorists had planted explosives at the roadside in Sultankhel in Halimzai tehsil that went off when the car of Malik Haji Ahmed Khwezai was passing through the area. The driver identified as Alamgir sustained injuries in the blast. However, the tribal elder remained unhurt in the attack.
