LAHORE: Quaid of ruling Pakistan Muslim League -Nawaz (PML-N) Nawaz Sharif has felicitated Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on wedding of his son Abdullah Khaqan Abbasi who tied his knot with Ms Maryam in Islamabad in a simple and private ceremony on Friday. The former prime minister has prayed for happy and long life of the couple.
The sources in Prime Minister’s House, Islamabad, told The News that Shahid Khaqan Abbasi didn’t involve any official in transacting ceremonies of the wedding since he kept it totally private without involvement of any official in it.
Earlier the two families had decided to limit the functions to members of the respective families. For the reason no fanfare was displayed and guest haven’t been invited from the outside.
